Cave of Past Sorrows ranked #1 of the 8th Black and White Game jam, what's next?

Hello! And thank you to anyone who voted for my game during the Black and White Game Jam, that really means a lot.

I really wasn't expecting my bullet hell about getting shot by your own past to win the Jam, and I'm very happy people loved my game.

This is just a little update to let you know that I will be working on implementing the feedback I've gotten into the game in an update that should be released very soon.

Here are a few of the QOL changes you can be expecting in the coming days:

-Obviously fixing the bugs. Some of them terrify me. Wish me luck.

-Making it so you can stay on top of your clones when they're shooting. That felt a bit unfair and unnecessary.

-Adding a little indicator to let you know when a clone is about to shoot.

-Adding one more colour to make things more readable.

-Making the difficulty ramp a bit smoother. It's still gonna be hard, I swear.

-Making the early loops less boring after a while.

I'm trying to limit myself to something simple at the moment as I think the game wouldn't be good if I were to add a lot of stuff without putting thought into it, so I'm being careful about what I'm adding. So far I'm mostly thinking about making the arena more interesting, adding new enemies and new tracks, and maybe adding some skins (all unlockable for free of course!)

Well, that's about all I wanted to share for now, as I don't want to promise stuff that could never happen.

If you haven't tried the game yet, you can give it a try! I'd appreciate that. The highest score I've heard of is 12, can you do better?
